Okay, this is especially important for you because all these factors build-up on your mind!
The whole premise of sleep is to recharge your emotional and mental batteries for many reasons including physical growth, maintenance and repairs...
Unfortunately, maybe you're in the same shoes like 73.7% of the working population of North Americans don't get enough sleep.
Even worse, not enough productive mental sleep...
What's "productive mental" sleep?
Glad you asked...it's all about generating more mental power (sharpness, awareness, optimal brain power.)
Want to experience a whole new level?
Then simply follow the steps below...everyday for five nights.
Firstly pick a goal or question that gets your juices flowing and drill it ten times just before falling asleep.
Remember...repeat the goal or ask the question you want answered ten times!
Ten is not some magic number, although the greater the number of repetitions the much faster and stronger the impact and end result.
Now...the better you can see it in vivid color and experience the full sound in your mind...
Just let it all percolate into your deep subconscious, the better your results!
As you're drifting off to sleep, you get a small window of opportunity, infact a very positive chance to impact your thoughts.
You can actually implant into your subconcious positive actions.
In other words...a precise action for the following day.
You can speak directly to the part of the brain that's holding you back.
The other side of yourself that usually screws up goals and creates lousy results like preprogrammed self limiting beliefs...
You can override that switch to temporarily deactivated just before sleep.
Focus on assigning your subconscious a positive action or desired task as you're falling asleep.
Give it a challenge...
Ask good questions!
For example: "How can I enjoy 6 months of the year travelling and still double my income?"
Repeat the question to yourself 10 times until it sticks like glue in your memory
Do this every night for a week.
Observe how you feel as you start to watch for strange coincidences during the waking day...
Tip: Never give your subconscious a disempowering question before falling asleep!
For example: "Why am I so broke and screwed up?"
Write about the coincidences and observations in your success journal.
