6 fresh avocados
½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
1 ½ teaspoons lime juice
½ teaspoon (8 to 10 dashes of Tabasco)
2 ½ tablespoons finely minced onion
¼ to ½ cup chopped cilantro

3 plum tomatoes, diced
